Dance Class

Hey everyone, Izzy here! Yesterday, Saige and I had dance class. She thought it'd be cool if I shared some photos of me practicing.

I'm just waiting for the teacher to begin class.

 We began with warm-ups since it's important to make sure we're stretched out to help avoid injury.

 Stretching the legs. I think I need to work on this a little more.

 So that's what I look like when you take a photo from the back view?

Don't know how she got this shot of me. It must have been taken by the dance teacher when she going around making sure we are doing the right positions.

Trying on my costume for our recital. Well I'm trying on the tutu anyway. (^_^)

Our New Guest

"Do you think we should make cupcakes or cookies when Josie arrives?" Saige asked.

"Cupcakes, of course!" Izzy said matter of factly.

 

"Did you hear that?" Izzy asked.

"Was it the door bell?" Saige questioned.

 Nevaeh came into the room pushing a huge box.

 "Saige! Izzy! The mailman just dropped this box off for you girls." Nevaeh said out of breath.

"Do you think this is her?" Saige asked.

"I guess so!" Izzy answered.

 

"Wow! This box is soo tall." Saige said reaching up to open it. "I can't reach the top."

"Here let me climb on your shoulders and see if I can get it open." Izzy said hopefully. 

"Do you think you can do it?" Saige asked, "because you are starting to get really heavy!"

"Here, I'll help you girls open the box." Nevaeh said as she pulled open the flaps of the box.
"Ooh, there's some kind of trunk in there!" Izzy said with excitement.
"Do you see her?" Saige asked.
"Nope! I just see a pretty trunk." said Izzy
"Okay girls, I have to go but I'll take the trunk out of the box and take the box with me." Nevaeh said as she was leaving.

"Help! Is somebody out there? I can hear you talking.", came a muffled voice from inside the trunk. 

"Oh goodness! We have to get her out of there." Izzy said with worry in her voice.

"Here, give me a boost so I can get her out.", Saige said as she looked inside the open trunk.

"Hi Josie, I'm Saige!" Saige said with excitement. "Here let me help you out."

"Oh thank you!" Josie said.

"Hi, I"m Josie!" Josie said to Izzy and Saige.

"I'm Izzy! Welcome to California!" Izzy replied. 

"Do you like cupcakes or cookies?" Izzy asked Josie.

"I love cupcakes!" Josie replied.

"Good! Let's go make some cupcakes." Izzy said to Saige and Josie.

My Trip to Six Flags Magic Mountain

Recently, I took a trip to Six Flags Magic Mountain in CA with my friend, Izzy.


We had loads of fun seeing all of the roller coasters the big people get to ride. Here are some photos from our adventure.

Of course I had to take a selfie. Everyone does that right?

Did you know you could get a flash pass to get on the rides quicker and avoid the lines? The lines were super short when we went so no flash passes were necessary.

I took this photo of Izzy and it totally caught her off-guard. I don't think she was ready. (^_^)

Yep, Izzy got me back and took this photo of me.

There were these beautiful purple flowers in front of Riddler's Revenge ride. I think they may be purple because the ride is green. Aren't the Riddler's colors are purple and green?

Can you see me? Yep, I'm in the Batman symbol. Batman is so cool! I hope to get a Batman shirt soon.

Do you see the line for the Green Lantern? I think the wait was like 20 minutes. It was one of the longest waits in the park.

Colossus is one the oldest wooden roller coaster trains in the world.

View of the Santa Clarita mountains and Full Throttle. I heard that right is amazing but I'm too small to ride it. Izzy and I had a blast. Thanks for coming this adventure with us.

Oh wait, today a new visitor is suppose to come visit with me for a little while. I'm super excited for her arrival and can't wait for her to get here.

Hey everyone, welcome to my blog! I'm mini American Girl Doll, Saige!

I didn't want to be over run by the big girls in my family, so I decided to start a blog of my own. You'll be able to follow my mini adventures in this big world. I do have a best friend named Izzy but she's new here and still a bit shy. Hopefully that'll pass quickly since she's my new travel buddy. Enjoy seeing the world from my point of view.
